  1. HOW OFTEN DO I GET A BOX?

Boxes are shipped out once a month. They will be shipped out between the 16th and 22nd of every month! If you’d like to get your box less frequently, you can pause your subscription at any time.

 

  1. HOW DO I RECEIVE MY MEMBER PRICING?

You will receive your member discount when you’re logged into your account and select the products under “Add Ons”.

 

  1. HOW MUCH OF A DISCOUNT DO MEMBERS GET?

15% off regular priced items under “Add Ons” on your account. 

 

  1. WILL I GET A HOLIDAY THEMED BOX BEFORE THAT HOLIDAY?

Yes, we have planned all of our boxes to be a month in advance so you’ll receive all holiday membership boxes before the holiday.

 

  1. CAN I SWITCH WHICH TYPE OF BOX I’M RECEIVING?

You can manage all of your membership settings in “My Account” on the website! If you have any further questions or concerns, please email contact@sweetbath.co

 

  1. WHEN DO BOXES CHANGE EACH MONTH?

We change boxes on the 15th of each month.

 

  1. DO ALL THE BATH BOMBS IN THE KIDS BOX HAVE PRIZES HIDDEN INSIDE?

Most of them will, but not all. We include a what’s in the box card inside so you will know what ones will hold prizes!

 

  1. CAN I PAUSE OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Yes! You can pause or cancel anytime. You can manage your subscription on “My Account” on our website.

 

  1. DOES MY MEMBERSHIP AUTOMATICALLY RENEW EACH MONTH?

Yes it will automatically renew unless you pause or cancel.

 

  1. WHEN I PURCHASE ADD ONS, DO I GET CHARGED RIGHT AWAY OR WHEN IT SHIPS WITH MY BOX?

You will get charged right away for add ons since we are holding those products for you.

 

  1. CAN I SUBSTITUTE ITEMS IN MY BOX?

We normally don’t allow that because it’s so hard to keep track of with all the hundreds of memberships. But if you have a special circumstance, please let us know and we’ll see if there’s anything we can do.


  1. DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING ON MY MEMBERSHIP BOX? 

No! Free shipping is included on your membership order.
