Returns
Unfortunately, as a small batch consumable product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final. We are confident in the design and recipe we use to handcraft each of our unique bath products; however, we understand that everyone's preferences differ.
To ensure the health and safety of our team members and customers, we cannot accept the returns, except in the event where there was a quality issue with your product(s) at the time of purchase. If you feel your order is wrong, please review our policy and reach out to our customer assistance team for assistance.
Damaged Goods
Please email contact@sweetbath.co for assistance. Please be prepared to provide your order number, photos and as much detail as possible when reporting any issues.
We CANNOT refund the cost of any damaged products without seeing a picture. If you forgot to take a picture and no longer have access to the products, we encourage you to file a claim with USPS. To file a claim you may visit www.usps.com/help/claims.htm or call the Customer Care Center at 800-222-1811. You must be able to provide your original receipt and tracking number.
