Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and to APO/FPO addresses.
What are your shipping options & cost?
We exclusively use USPS Priority Mail and USPS Ground.
Please keep in mind we are still a small business. And as a small business, shipping is the largest obstacle we face. What we charge you, the customer, for shipping is actually less than what we pay – in some cases it costs us more to ship an order than the order is valued at. As an online business, shipping costs are one of our biggest expenses. As we continue to grow we hope to reach a volume where we can negotiate for better shipping prices. We cover as much of that cost as possible and are proud to only charge customers a flat rate of $6.95. We do offer free shipping on orders over $60.
When will my order ship?
We work hard to get orders out as quickly as possible. Some even go out the same day! But we do like everything to be fresh, so some items are made to order. That said, our shipping policy is within 3-5 business days, with exception of Holiday months (September-December): 5-9 days.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are shipped from our location in Lehi, Utah using USPS Priority Mail and Ground. Shipping times vary based on your delivery location, usually within 2-4 business days. After your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to see the progress of your shipment.
My package is marked as delivered but it's not here, what should I do?
If you believe your package has been lost, stolen or inaccurately marked as delivered, please email us at email@example.com so we can help you figure it out. You can also reach out to USPS directly.
To file a claim you may visit www.usps.com/help/claims.htm or call the Customer Care Center at 800-222-1811. You must be able to provide your original receipt and tracking number.
My package was damaged, what do I do?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. Please be prepared to provide your order number, photos and as much detail as possible when reporting any issues.
We also encourage you to file a claim with USPS. To file a claim you may visit www.usps.com/help/claims.htm or call the Customer Care Center at 800-222-1811. You must be able to provide your original receipt and tracking number.
Please note, when filing a claim, you will be prompted to provide our address: Sweet Bath Co 3700 N Cabelas Blvd, Suite 414 Lehi, UT 84043.
What if my package arrived incorrect or missing an item?
Please let us know! Email us at email@example.com and we can work on fixing the problem.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns at this time.
Do you have a store location?
Yes! We are located at the Outlets at Traverse Mountain in Lehi, UT.

Is local pickup available?
Yes, we do offer local pickup at our store in Lehi, UT! Select this at checkout then we will email you when your order is ready for pick up.
How do your products hold up when shipping to a really hot climate?
We like to get creative with our bath bombs and sometimes use cocoa butter glaze, sprinkles, and other ingredients on top that might melt in high heat. During the summer months we try to stay away from these to eliminate this problem. If you do receive something melted, please take a picture and let us know and we will see what we can do.
Do you have discount or promo codes I can use for my order?
If you follow us on Instagram and Facebook – that is a good way to find out about our latest launches, news and special offers. At times we also have discount codes we publish on our website!
Can I use more than one discount at a time?
Discount & promo codes are limited to one per order. In some cases, promotions can only be redeemed once per person.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. We do not accept Bitcoin or other virtual currencies.
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Yes, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
Do you accept special orders?

What are the benefits of having an account?
By creating an account you will be able to keep record of all your purchases, billing information, and it makes check out faster and easier. Also, as a member of our Sweet Club, you will be able to manage your account more easily.
How do I create an account?
Click on the "Log In" link in the upper right corner of any page. Click on the "Create Account" button in the bottom left under the "Sign In" button. You can also create an account during your initial check-out.
I'm having trouble logging in to my account, what do I do?
First, click the "Log In" link in the upper right corner of any page and try logging in. If it says you do not have an account associated with your email, you probably checked out as a guest during your previous purchase. No worries though! Just simply create an account using your email and your previous purchases will appear. Not sure which email you used? Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our bath bombs are best for up to 6 months. After that they’ll still work, but the colors and fragrance might have faded, and it might not fizz as strongly. Since we use more natural ingredients, we do recommend using our products within 3-4 months. We suggest you discard any unused product after a period of one year after purchase.
Are your products vegan?
No, most of our products use buttermilk powder. Select bath bombs have coconut milk powder instead of buttermilk and will be labeled ‘Vegan’. All ingredients are listed in all product listings.
Are your products safe for all ages?
We choose the ingredients in our products carefully with our children in mind. But there will always be some sensitivities to ingredients so discontinue use if a reaction occurs. Products with essential oils, for example the shower steamers and select bath bombs, we recommend only using for children over 10.
Do you use Sulfates, Parabens or Phthalates?
No, we do not use any of these in our products. An example of a SULFATE that you have probably heard of is SLS, which is a surfactant that can be irritating. We have chosen to use SLSa and SCI, which are mild plant derived surfactants. SCI even has the nickname "Baby Foam". PARABENS are a group of preservative ingredients that are known to possibly be harmful. We use optiphen, a paraben-free, and formaldehyde-free preservative. PHTHALATES have been linked to a number of harmful issues and can be found in many fragrance oils. We always use phthalate free fragrance oils.
Do you offer free samples?
Due to the nature of our handcrafted production, we do not currently provide free samples.
How to Use Our Products
What’s the best way to use a bubble scoop, bubble bar or bubble frosting?
Bubble scoop: crumble the scoop with your hands and massage it under warm running bath water. More bubbles: place the scoop in an organza bag and hang it from the faucet, massage and squish.
Bubble bar: break the bar into pieces and massage it under warm running bath water. More bubbles: take the pieces and put them in an organza bag or mesh strainer and hold under warm running bath water, massage and squish.
Bubble frosting: take the frosting off of the bath bomb and massage it under warm running bath water. More bubbles: put it in an organza bag and hang from the faucet, massage and squish.
What is whipped soap and how do I use it?
Whipped soap is a silky, soft, fluffy soap and can be used as a regular body soap, body wash using a loofah, shaving cream, or you can even put it beside your sink to use as a hand soap.
What is a shower steamer and how do I use it?
Shower steamers are used for aromatherapy in your shower. We use naturally derived menthol crystals in all of our steamers. We think it’s important to add because they help carry the scent and are cooling, refreshing, and have a pleasantly strong minty aroma. Menthol crystals are derived naturally from mint oils such as corn mint or peppermint. Each shower steamer has a different combination of essential oils for specific benefits.
How to Use: first activate the shower steamer in the direct stream of water. Once activated, move it away from the direct stream (place on a shelf or hang in an organza bag) and let the steam carry the scent. The closer you can get it to nose level, the stronger it will be.
How much of a discount do members get?

How often do I get a box?
Boxes are shipped monthly. They will ship out between the 10th and 12th of every month. If you’d like to get your box less frequently, you can pause your subscription at any time.
How do I receive my member pricing?
Use the code DISCOUNT at checkout to take 15% off.
Can I get add-ons but have them shipped to me right away?
To have items shipped right away, just pay the $6.95 shipping and we will ship it like usual.
What is the free shipping code for add-ons?
The shipping code for members is SHIPPING. When the code is used it will remove shipping costs since your items will be shipped with your next month’s box.
Will I get a holiday themed box before that holiday, no matter what my ship date is?
Yes, we have planned all of our boxes to be a month in advance. For example, the Christmas box will be shipping out from Nov. 7 - Dec. 7.
Can I switch the type of box I'm receiving?
Yes, please send us an email and we can make that change for you
When do boxes change each month?
We change boxes on the 7th of each month.
Do all the bath bombs in the kids box have prizes hidden inside?
Most of them will, but not all. We include a what’s in the box card inside so you will know what ones will hold prizes
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yep. Log into your account or send us an email and we can do it for you.
Does my subscription automatically continue each month?
Yes it will automatically continue unless you pause or cancel.
When I purchase add ons, do I get charged right away or when they ship with my box?
You will get charged right away for add ons since we are holding those products for you.
Can I substitusubstitute items in my box?
We normally can’t do that just because it’s so hard to keep track of with all the hundreds of memberships. But if you have a special circumstance, please let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
