1. WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and to APO/FPO addresses
2. WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COST?
We exclusively use USPS Priority Mail and USPS Ground. As an online business, shipping costs are one of our biggest expenses. We cover as much of that cost as possible and are proud to only charge customers a flat rate of $5 on all orders.
3. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We work hard to get orders out as quickly as possible. Some even go out the same day! But we do like everything to be fresh so some items are made to order. That said, our shipping policy is within 3-5 business days, with exception of Holiday months (November-December): 4-7 days
4. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
All orders are shipped from our location in Lehi, Utah using USPS Priority Mail and Ground. Shipping times vary based on your delivery location, usually within 2-4 business days. The COVID-19 crisis has impacted carriers due to the increase of online shopping. After your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to see the progress of your shipment.
5. WHAT IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVED DAMAGE?
Please let us know! We try our best to ensure all products are packaged so no damage will occur. In the event something does happen to your products please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures of the damage products and we can work on getting you a replacement.
6. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the nature of our products and COVID-19 concerns, we cannot accept returns at this time.
7. DO YOU HAVE A STORE LOCATION?
No, we are only online
8. IS LOCAL PICKUP AVAILABLE?
Not currently, but there is a shipping option called local delivery. If you live in Lehi Utah we can deliver your order for a small charge.
9. HOW DO YOUR PRODUCTS HOLD UP WHEN SHIPPING TO A REALLY HOT CLIMATE?
We like to get creative with our bath bombs and sometimes use cocoa butter glaze, sprinkles, and other ingredients on top that might melt in high heat. During the summer months we try to stay away from these to eliminate this problem. If you do receive something melted, please let us know and we will see what we can do.

1. WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
Our bath bombs are fresh for up to 6 months. After that they’ll most likely still work, but the colors and fragrance might have faded, and it might not fizz as strongly. Since we use more natural ingredients, we do recommend using our products within 3-4 months. We suggest you discard any unused product after a period of one year after purchase.
2. ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
All of our products are vegan with the exception of most of our bath bombs, which have buttermilk powder. Select bath bombs have coconut milk powder instead of buttermilk. All ingredients are listed in all product listings.
3. ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE FOR ALL AGES?
We choose the ingredients in our products carefully with our children in mind. But there will always be some sensitivities to ingredients so discontinue use if a reaction occurs. Products with essential oils, for example the shower steamers and some bath bombs, we recommend only using for children over 10.
4. DO YOU USE SULFATES, PARABENS or PHTHALATES?
No, we do not use any of these in our products. An example of a SULFATE that you have probably heard of is SLS, which is a surfactant that can be irritating. We have chosen to use SLSa and SCI, which are mild plant derived surfactants. SCI even has the nickname "Baby Foam". PARABENS are a group of preservative ingredients that are known to possibly be harmful. We use optiphen, a paraben-free, and formaldehyde-free preservative. PHTHALATES have been linked to a number of harmful issues and can be found in many fragrance oils. We always use phthalate free fragrance oils.
1. WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO USE A BUBBLE SCOOP, BUBBLE BAR OR BUBBLE FROSTING?
Bubble scoop: crumble the scoop with your hands and massage it under warm running bath water. More bubbles: place the scoop in an organza bag and hang it from the faucet, massage and squish.
Bubble bar: chop the bar into pieces or break off a piece and massage it under warm running bath water. More bubbles: take the pieces and put them in an organza bag or mesh strainer and hold under warm running bath water, massage and squish.
Bubble frosting: take the frosting off of the bath bomb and massage it under warm running bath water. More bubbles: put it in an organza bag and hang from the faucet, massage and squish.
2. WHAT IS WHIPPED SOAP AND HOW DO I USE IT?
Whipped soap is a silky, soft, fluffy soap and can be used as a regular body soap, body wash using a loofah, shaving cream, or you can even put it beside your sink to use as a hand soap.
3. WHAT IS A SHOWER STEAMER AND HOW DO I USE IT?
Shower steamers are used for aromatherapy in your shower. We use naturally derived menthol crystals in all of our steamers. We think it’s important to add because they help carry the scent and are cooling, refreshing, and have a pleasantly strong minty aroma. Menthol crystals are derived naturally from mint oils such as cornmint or peppermint. Each shower steamer has a different combination of essential oils for specific benefits.
How to Use: first activate the shower steamer in the direct stream of water. Once activtivated, move it away from the direct stream (on the floor or shelf) and let the steam carry the scent. The closer you can get it to nose level, the stronger it will be.
Baking Soda (sodium bicarbonate): baking soda is the main ingredients that powers a fizzy bath bomb. It also has many skin benefits. Baking soda softens the water and leaves skin soothed and clean. It also helps neutralize toxins, replenishes skin elasticity & improves circulation.
Citric Acid: When citric acid is added to baking soda, the chemical reaction causes it to fizz and foam.
Sea Salt: sea salt added to your bath water has so many amazing therapeutic benefits. Minerals such as magnesium, zinc, potassium and others are nature’s cure for a wide range of skin problems. Sea salt can even be drawn into the bloodstream to eliminate toxins and balance the entire body.
Cream of Tartar (potassium bitartrate): cream of tartar is rich in potassium and can help reduce inflammation and joint pain. It also helps activate the baking soda making your bath bomb fizz even more.
Milk Powder: milk baths are soothing for dry, itchy skin, and are beneficial for a number of skin conditions including eczema and psoriasis.
SLSA (sodium lauryl sulfoacetate): SLSA is a gentle, natural surfactant. It is derived 100% naturally from coconut and palm oil. We add it to our bath bombs to create silky and luxurious bubbles.
Cocoa Butter: We use natural, unrefined cocoa butter in all of our bath bombs. Cocoa butter is an amazing moisturizer and packed with antioxidants. Because of its high fat content, it has a richer, denser feel than many other butters out there. Along with its sweet scent, cocoa butter has the ability to form a protective barrier over skin to hold in moisture.
Shea Butter: Extracted from the nuts of the shea tree, shea butter is an all-natural moisturizer that restores the barrier between your skin and the outside environment, holding moisture in and reducing your risk of dryness.
Avocado Oil: The antioxidants and anti-inflammatory agents in avocado oil help your skin stay smooth, strong, and elastic. Packed with vitamins B1, B2, A and E, this luxurious oil feels silky, moisturizing and easily absorbs into the skin.
Rice Bran Oil: rice bran oil is simply the oil extracted from the germ and inner husk of rice. It has been used for decades in Japan and China as a beauty aid. We love using this oil because it is rich in antioxidants, vitamins B and E, and is easily absorbed into the skin
Polysorbate 80: Polysorbate 80 is a water-soluble emulsifier and helps oil and color mix into the water rather than pooling on top. It also prevents oils from clinging to the tub, which is really important because oil on the bottom of the tub can make it slippery.
Fragrance Oil: We use skin safe fragrance oils at a safe usage rate to add so many fun scents to our products. It is not a natural ingredient. Fragrance oils are synthetic and are created with a mix of aroma chemicals and natural ingredients like essential oils, extracts, and resins.
Kaolin Clay: kaolin clay acts as a hardening agent for bath bombs, but more importantly it removes impurities and soothes the skin.
FD&C Dyes and Lakes: FD&C stands for The Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. All dye batches made for FD&C use have to be tested to meet the minimum purity standards. If a batch passes that test, then it becomes certified and sold as an FD&C grade dye. After it’s certified, the dye has to follow the guidelines created by the FDA. We make sure to use FDA approved and certified dyes and lakes from trusted suppliers.
Mica: We mainly use mica to airbrush color onto the top of our bath bombs. Mica is a fine powder coated with pigments and has a shimmer effect.
