We are confident in the design and recipe we use to handcraft each of our unique bath products; however, we understand that everyone's preferences differ. In the event that you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or you've changed your mind, please submit a return request here.

To ensure the health and safety of our team members and customers, we cannot accept returns on used items, except in the event where there was a quality issue with your product(s) at the time of purchase.

Please note only returns that purchased our returns and package protection offering at checkout will be eligible for return.

Damaged Goods

If you've received a damaged item, please submit a return request here. Please be prepared to provide photos and detail when reporting any issues.

We can't refund the cost of any damaged products without seeing a picture.
